Our Souper Star selection for a panini is Maggie Gibson.... Introducing the Gibson. 

 Maggie Gibson’s charity of choice this quarter is the Anson County Arts Council, an organization dear to her heart. Having dedicated countless years of service, Maggie’s passion for the arts, especially the preservation of the beautiful and historic Ansonia Theatre, has been a cornerstone of her community work.

The Arts Council, with its mission to promote, educate, and encourage the arts, plays a pivotal role in enriching the cultural fabric of Anson County. Through this partnership, Maggie hopes to continue fostering creativity and artistic expression in the area she calls home . 

The Gibson summons the flavors and spirit of New Orleans as a reimagined Muffaletta sandwich - featuring carved ham, Genoa salami, provolone cheese, housemade olive artichoke tapenade and Cheddar cheese. This hearty sandwich is sure to satisfy! 

Our Souper Star selection for a soup is Rose Marie  Simpson.... and her soup is Sweet Potato Bisque with Smoked Pecan  Garnish and Maple Crema. 

While it might sound a bit extra and decadent, we can assure you that this bisque will give you all the good holiday feels. Creamy, sweet and savory, with touches of cardamom and coriander, finished with smoky salty crunchy pecan crumble and a tangy drizzle of maple crema

 "My choice of a local charity is HOPE Pregnancy Resource Center. They are a Christ centered ministry to women, free of charge. They provide counciling, pregnancy tests and ultrasounds as well as other items such as hygiene kits, clothing & diapers. A variety of classes are also offered. Whatever the situation, there is always Hope... "
