In this waste filled world, we want to be that little glimmer of change. All of our to-go packaging is certified compostable products made from plants, not petroleum products. Our food handlers gloves are certified compostable as well.     We will offer glass and aluminum recycling for our to-go beverages, and for indining experiences,  we offer ceramic and china plates and bowls, compostable napkins, and reusable flatware. Granted, there are some things in the space that we can't change to match our ideology... but know that our goal is to mitigate our carbon footprint and help keep our planet viable for the next generation

Its important to us to source local at every opportunity, but to also introduce amazing artisan dairies, farms and products from across the region and the country when we can. Small business supporting small business is what we believe in. 

We are thrilled to partner with Brown Creek Creamery, Savory Spice, Carr Valley Dairy , and Hendrix Farms - and always seeking to add more artisan producers! 

Trust us to help you experience flavors you might not have had before - we want to make you rethink soup. It't not that Chicken and Stars you might have had as a kid... this is soup grown up with some global influences.
